Attorney Greg Calabrese is a lifelong Michigan resident and is dedicated to serving the people of this great state. He was born in Ann Arbor and grew up in Riverview and Canton. During his adolescent years, he was involved in community sports activities such as swimming, soccer, and baseball. He attended both Pioneer and Central Middle Schools in the Plymouth-Canton Community School District and is a graduate of Plymouth-Canton High School where he was a four year member of the varsity swimming and diving team.
Mr. Calabrese believes in the value of dedication and hard work. He has been a United States Soccer Federation Referee since 2000 and holds a state level license. He also held jobs at various local businesses including Benito’s Pizza, Taco Bell, and Eddie Bauer. Mr. Calabrese also spent time living and working in Washington D.C. for United States Steel in their governmental affairs office. Additionally, he worked in positions for a local congressman and the Michigan Association of REALTORS.
Mr. Calabrese is a proud graduate of Albion College where he obtained degrees in Political Science and Sociology while participating in various social and academic societies including the Sigma Chi Fraternity, Alpha Kappa Delta and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Societies. Upon graduation, he admitted to and enrolled at Michigan State University College of Law from where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree, along with multiple academic awards and achievements.
Prior to founding The Law Office of Gregory J. Calabrese, PLLC, Mr. Calabrese clerked in the 42nd Circuit Court in Midland, Michigan under Chief Judge John Lauderbach. He also interned for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office Juvenile Division. These positions provided him with both a unique view of our legal system and excellent work experience.
